On July 27, the unveiling ceremony of the A Glimpse of Chinese Culture Nishan House and the Qingdao Book Donation Event were grandly held at California State University，Long Beach（CSULB）.
Long Beach is Qingdao's first sister city in the Americas. Since the establishment in 1985, the two cities have carried out rich exchanges and cooperation in the fields of port, economy and trade, education, culture and youth.
The inauguration ceremony of the Nishan House and the Qingdao book donation activity is to let the citizens of Long Beach in the United States better understand Qingdao, understand Qingdao, enhance mutual trust and friendship between the two cities, and show Qingdao “a vibrant ocean city and a livable and lovable city”.
