On September 29, 2022, Chinese Consulate General in Munich held a reception to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany.
Nearly 200 people from all walks of life in Bavaria and representatives of foreign consular offices, Chinese institutions, students and overseas Chinese attended the event.
During the reception, guests watched a video clip of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany and reviewed the achievements of China-German cooperation and the important historical moments of interaction between China and Bavaria.
Recommended by the Bavarian State Government of Germany, Qingdao and Regensburg concluded a sister-city relationship in November 2009. Since the establishment of the friendship, the two cities have exchanged visits at high level frequently and the cooperation in various fields have been developing.
The Consulate General in Munich made Qingdao’s city Publicity products as important promotional display products for the National Day reception and placed them prominently for the guests to receive and read.
