
On April 11, the Enterprise Strategy and Global Vision Entrepreneurship Forum, themed “Transform · Breakthrough· Voyage—Corporate Strategy&Global Vision in the AI Era” was held at Hisense International Center in Qingdao. Jointly hosted by the School of Management, Shandong University and Dale Carnegie Training, the forum focused on corporate globalization strategies, AI-enabled transformation, and practical pathways for overseas expansion. Wang Yimin, Director of the Strategic Management Research Center at Shandong University, noted that Chinese enterprises are shifting from product exports to brand and standard exports. Fang Xueyu, President of the Global Marketing Center of Hisense Group, emphasized that compliance management is the lifeline for enterprises going global, and urged adherence to localized and high-end transformation. During a roundtable session, multiple guests analyzed the challenges of overseas expansion from the dimensions of strategy, operations, legal affairs, and cross-culture, concluding that enterprises must holistically balance long-term commitment, supply chain adaptation, compliance risk control, and soft skills development. The forum provided practical guidance and intellectual support for high-quality overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises.
