Recently, at the Tencent Wesee Urban Cultural and Creative Festival held in Chengdu, Xinhua News Agency Liaowang Institute and Tencent Weseet released the <Nighttime Economy Impact of China's Cities Report ( 2020 )>, in which Qingdao was awarded as one of the "China's Top Ten Most Influential Cities of Nighttime Economy". Moreover, it was also awarded as one of the "2020 China City Night Economy Innovation City" and "2020 China City Nighttime Economy Innovation Case", becoming the only city to win all three awards at the same time.
Nighttime Economy Influence Steadily in the top ten nationwide
The report provides an in-depth discussion on the development trend and characteristics of China's nighttime economy in 2020, as well as a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of target cities in four dimensions: nighttime economy communication power, innovation power, industry scale, and business district traffic. Among the four evaluation indicators, Qingdao's nighttime economy ranks in the first echelon in terms of communication and innovation, and industry scale and business district traffic was in the second echelon.

According to the report, Qingdao's nightlife was once considered that it is not enough in terms of time, number and form. The event also presented two other awards, "2020 China City Night Economy Innovation City" and "2020 China City Nighttime Economy Innovation Case".
