Crafting Qingdao Pavilion Appeared on China Brand Day

May 10 is the fifth China Brand Day. China Brand Day 2021 was held in Shanghai from May 10 to 12, with the theme of "China Brand, World Sharing; Focusing on Dual Circulation, Leading New Consumption".

Qingdao Municipal Development and Reform Commission led 24 Qingdao enterprises to join in 2021 Exposition on China Indigenous Brand in online and offline display platform. They will focus on the new achievements and new image of Qingdao's brand development and construction to expand the visibility and influence of Qingdao's independent brands.

Brand Construction up to the 14th Five-Year Plan

On April 24, 2017, the State Council issued a document agreeing to establish May 10 every year as 'China Brand Day' since 2017. Since then, the brand strategy has risen to an unprecedented height and the indigenous brand has ushered in a golden age.

Brand is the embodiment of enterprise competitiveness. It is not only an intangible asset, but the country's business card. A strong brand makes a strong country. The establishment of China Brand Day reflects that China attaches the great importance to brand building and that we have a firm determination to carry the strategy. Therefore, we will further improve national brand awareness and promote the transformation of Chinese products to Chinese brands.

The 14th Five-Year Plan proposed to "carry out the creation of China's brand action", the brand building has put forward higher requirements. To scientifically grasp the new development stage, adhere to the implementation of the new development concept, actively build a new development pattern, and create a good corporate credit brand, is a new task and new challenge and new requirements for Chinese enterprises to face together.

Crafting Qingdao Pavilion at China Brand Day

In the century-long history of Qingdao city development, the city and the brand have co-existed, complemented and reflected each other; with the continuous improvement of Qingdao city brand image, the good city brand image makes Qingdao corporate brand gain great premium and value-added, while the development of corporate brand adds rich connotation to Qingdao city brand.

The "Capital of Brands" and "City of Craftsmen" are the beautiful business cards of Qingdao. In 2021 Exposition on China Indigenous Brand, the Crafting Qingdao Pavilion upholds the concept of Craftsmanship Qingdao, exports Qingdao brand culture through a platform with a sense of science and technology, culture and reflection to create an orderly, rational and highly ornamental viewing experience environment.

The Glory And Dream of the New "Qingdao Golden Flower"

On August 26, 2020, the list of the new generation of "Qingdao Golden Flower" incubatees in 2020 was officially announced. 20 manufacturing enterprises, 10 service enterprises and 12 agricultural enterprises, a total of 42 enterprises, were selected.

This round of new golden flower cultivation is the continuation of Qingdao city brand spirit and brand economy. In time, there will be some successors of Haier, Hisense, Tsingtao Double Star and Aucma in 42 companies. The city will be proud of them, and they will write more dazzling glory and dreams for the city.

The Upgrade Trilogy of the Manufacturing City

New Golden Flower Enterprises has a full set of incubation programs, a benefit that was not available in the past. The new golden flower cultivation program is only one of the seven special actions of Qingdao's "high-end manufacturing + artificial intelligence" offensive. From this plan, we can see a broader blueprint drawn up by Qingdao Government.

Qingdao will promote two-way breakthrough and  integration between high-end manufacturing and artificial intelligence, focus on building a modern industrial system, build intelligent economic ecology, and strive to create a national demonstration area of high-quality development of manufacturing. By this way, Qingdao makes its efforts to achieve the transformation from manufacturer of quantity to one of quality and then to intellectual city.

This is an era of increased upgrading and iteration of the industry and increasingly fierce competition. Whether for the enterprise or for the city, the brand acts as an indispensable anchor of value. The value of major branded enterprises to a city is not only reflected in its own output value and tax revenue, but also more reflected in the value of fission. They play a vital role in the pulling of the upstream under the industry chain, the incubation of new technologies for the cultivation of talents, and the convergence of capital.
