With the theme of promoting the high-quality development of culture and tourism industries, the Implementation Opinions put forward the instructions to implement the digital cultural and tourism strategy to promote the integrated development of culture, tourism and related industries, and contribute to Qingdao's endeavor to become a modern international metropolis. The Implementation Opinions include four parts: general requirements, key areas, supporting systems and supporting measures. Among them, the supporting systems include six major projects covering the cultivation of market players, the improvement of industrial carrier quality, the construction of industrial service platforms, the improvement of cultural and tourism consumption, the innovation of financial services for culture and tourism and the cultural and tourism exchange and marketing.
