On December 11, the "2025 Newspaper System All-Media Development and China Newspaper Media International Communication Capacity Building Symposium" was convened in Laoshan District, Qingdao. This theme marked a first within the newspaper system. The conference attracted over 120 Party newspaper outlets and brought together the strength of more than 20 cities. Guided by the principle of "telling China's stories well and making China's voice heard," it established a high-level exchange platform for systemic media transformation and collectively explored new pathways for the high-quality development of international communication.
